Any non-glass item may be returned, unopened within 30 days for a refund, minus a 15% restocking fee. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Most of the glass we carry is one of a kind and therefore we cannot accept a return for any reason other than manufacturer's defect or shipping error. Please inspect all purchases closely. If we choose to authorize a return on glass, the purchaser is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Any Items that have been used or are not in the original condition may not be returned.
Because we pay our teachers at the time of sign up. We can only offer a return or reschedule (20% rescheduling fee), two weeks or more before the date of the class. Anything after that point there will be a 50% rescheduling fee or you for fit your appointment and will not be reimburse. This way we can have time to reschedule the class.
Most refunds are issued within 7-10 days of the returned package arriving. The actual date of fund availability depends on your bank but you will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.
